ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, Always will be. 
At PT.Golf Direct  we want to ensure you love the items you purchase.  

However, if you have changed your mind, Our RETURN POLICY is designed to assist you with your return.

  • You can return any item(s) you have purchased, within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received is faulty or not as ordered. In this case, postage will be incurred by PT.Golf Direct.
  • We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by PT.Golf Direct..
  • PINHIGH items purchased through Stores or Golf Houses in Australia can not be returned or refunded online.
  • Items on ‘Sale’ or 'Promotion'  Will be exchanged against eGift Cards only after PT.Golf Direct receives the items in its original packing.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Returns Policy Conditions

  • You return the item(s) within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You produce your original PT.Golf Direct  invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition
  • The item is with all original tags
  • It is  unworn, unopened and in unused state
  • Any sewn labels are still attached
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, PT.Golf Direct reserves the right to refuse an exchange or approve refund on any items returned. 
PT.Golf Direct will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.  


Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. 
Online refunds will be made against credit note (eGift Cards)


Online Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a new order. We will credit your return value against which you can buy new products.&nabp; If goods were send to you under free shipping & Handling facility, in that case AUD 20 will be charged or deducted from credit note for goods returned under each order.
Your items that you wish to return need to be sent back to our online returns address with enclosed original invoice. Return postage costs will be at your expense.


Faulty items returned

If an item is faulty or wrongly delivered then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. 
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer. 
Note: 
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned. 
A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned.Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Order Cancellation

PT.Golf Direct may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: the item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution. 
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
